Welcome to Vnta Agency (“Vnta”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Vnta provides product design, development, branding, and software services on a subscription or weekly sprint basis. Scope and deliverables depend on the selected plan.

3. Payments & Trials

• All payments are billed in advance.
• Monthly plans renew automatically unless canceled.
• The 1-week test sprint is non-refundable once work begins.
• We may pause work if payment is delayed.

4. Pause & Cancellation

Clients may pause or cancel their subscription at any time. Work already completed or in progress is billable and non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables. Vnta retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback and approvals.
• Ensure you have rights to assets you share with us.
• Communicate clearly via agreed channels (Slack, Email, Calls).

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vnta shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the current billing period.

9. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive business information without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
