Subscription Terms

1. Fees & Payments
All subscription fees must be paid in advance before work begins. By purchasing a plan, you authorize Vnta Agency to charge your selected payment method for the applicable amount.
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, Razorpay, or similar platforms. We reserve the right to suspend services in case of delayed or failed payments.
2. Subscriptions
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled. At the end of each billing cycle, the subscription will automatically renew under the same terms.
If automatic billing fails, we may issue an invoice that must be paid manually to continue service.
3. 1-Week Test Sprint
We offer a paid 1-week test sprint for clients who want to evaluate our workflow before committing to a monthly plan.
- Work begins within 24 hours of payment.
- Source files may be shared at our discretion.
- The test sprint is non-refundable once work starts.
4. Fee Changes
We may modify subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will apply only after the current billing cycle ends. Continued use of our service indicates acceptance of the updated pricing.
5. Cancellation & Pause
You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will occur after cancellation.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only considered within 7 days of the first subscription payment and only if minimal work has been completed.
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
- More than 7 days have passed since payment.
- Multiple tasks have already been completed.
- You changed your mind or subscribed by mistake.
- You forgot to cancel renewal.
- You were inactive or did not submit tasks.
- Promotions, upgrades, or renewals are involved.
Bank charges and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
7. Refund Procedure
To request a refund, email us at hello@vnta.agencyfrom the same email used for payment and include the transaction date. We may take up to 30 days to review the request.
